The Dulcinea ear cuff is one size and designed to fit most ears. There is no need for a piercing, it slides on easily and it’s very comfortable to wear. Wearing tip: You can insert it at the top of the ear and slide it towards the bottom. We advice to take it off for sleeping or any physical activity since it’s not attached by a post, it can fall off. The head of the snake is in white gold and adorned with ten 1.0 mm diamonds and two emeralds in the eyes. The structure is solid 18K gold. Diameter is 10 mm and the oppening is 5 mm.
