The Green ear cuff is one size and designed to fit most ears. There is no need for a piercing, it slides on easily and it’s very comfortable to wear. Wearing tip: You can insert it at the top of the ear and slide it towards the bottom. We advice to take it off for sleeping or any physical activity since it’s not attached by a post, it can fall off. Adorned with 22 emeralds measuring each 1.5 mm. The structure is solid 18K gold.
