Terms, Refunds and Returns Policies

SHIPPING:
All orders placed at the website mallarino.com are made in our atelier in Colombia. If an order is placed
and the item is not in stock, the customer will be notified; the piece will be made to order and it could
take up to 4 weeks to be produced.
We ship with DHL. The package requires an adult signature upon delivery. Duties and taxes are not included in the shipping expense, paying duties and taxes directly to DHL is the buyer’s responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Standard delivery fees and times:
All our orders are shipped from our studio in Bogota, Colombia.
Our shipping fee is 50 USD (Complimentary shipping on orders of 500 USD and above).
We will provide a tracking number and information once the order is processed.
Please allow 5 to 7 business days if the piece is in stock.

PAYMENT:
Payment can be done with all major credit cards on the PayPal platform. PayPal takes great care on keeping all your private information secure. Payment will be debited from your account upon order confirmation.
You have the right to cancel your order within a period of 24 hours. Payment will be refunded to the
original form of payment as soon as we receive your notification of cancellation.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Please note that all items of Fine Jewelry that are made to order are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
All items of fine jewelry that are in stock and ready to ship upon purchase, will be eligible for exchanges
only. The customer has 14 days to contact us, passed this period, exchanges will not be accepted. Items
must have no signs of wear, they have to be unaltered and returned in their original packaging.
All items of Fashion Jewelry are eligible for return and exchange within 14 days upon reception.
Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded. Please contact us when you know you want to exchange or return your purchase, we will issue you a DHL shipping label for the return. The shipping fees from your purchase and return, will be deducted from your refund. Items must have no signs of wear, they have to be unaltered and returned in their original packaging.

REPAIRS & CARE:
Please always keep your jewelry in its original packaging, it will protect it.
FINE JEWELRY We take great care in creating every piece of jewelry. All stones and materials are
meticulously chosen. Nevertheless, accidents can occur, all our jewelry is hand made after all. We provide
free repairs for items of Fine Jewelry that were purchased within 6 months and that are the result of
normal wear or a manufacturing fault. Damage to the product caused by accidents, incorrect use or abusive handling of the jewel will not be covered by our warranty policy. We are not responsible for indirect losses.
Once the warranty period of 6 months has passed our sales team will be available to assist you with the
repair. Please note that shipping and handling for repairs in all items after 6 months of purchase will be
the customer’s responsibility. Please make sure every item is in its signature packaging before returning.

FASHION JEWELRY Please always keep your jewelry in its original packaging, it will protect it. Avoid direct
contact with perfume, water and lotion to preserve its color.
For items of our Fashion Jewelry line our repair warranty is extended for 2 months. Many of our pieces are
silver gold plated, normal fading of the gold color is caused by the natural process of oxidation. If you wish
to re-coat your jewelry with gold after years of use, we offer this service; please contact us for prices and

COPYRIGHT:
All of Mallarino’s designs are internationally protected by the INPI. Users are not authorized, under no
circumstances to reproduce, modify or distribute any of the designs on the website. Any unauthorized use
of any Mallarino designs will result in legal action to penalize the intellectual property theft and
compensation will be sought.
